With so much negativity and chaos going on in the world, I feel compelled to write about something positive. Fleet finished his last day of kindergarten today and is officially a first grader. We are so proud of our sweet boy and all that he has learned and accomplished. Most importantly, he’s happy.
Wookie and I are also celebrating 13 years today – “this time around.” Haha!
Zephyr is doing well and finally decided she like sleeping in a dog bed at age seven.
We went to Moab last weekend marking my first time there and Fleet’s first time. We saw dinosaur prints and fossils, as well as Ute petroglyphs. It was amazing. Also – it was his longest road trip to date!
Next week we head to Mexico for Fleet’s first international adventure. The first time I took a flight out of the country I was 16 years old. We are thrilled to be able to give Fleet this experience at age six.
Sedona – we miss you and you are with us always. Not sure how you would feel about all the snakes Fleet has been catching – I’m trying to get used to it because he loves nature which is so exciting.
Happy June.
